Henry

I’ve been doing hair for 33 years.  Wow!  How time flies when love what you do, and you’re having fun doing it. 

I graduated from ISU, and started this journey in 1984.  I opened Henry’s Hair Design in 1993 in Old Town Pocatello, and I’m proud to be here today.

We are a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon. This means we are BIG on stylist education.  We are consistently bringing in educators from around the country to stay current on the latest trends and technology, and we travel to Las Vegas to attend hands-on workshops at the Paul Mitchell Gathering.  This investment in ourselves is something we pride ourselves on, and guarantees that the time you share with us is as beneficial as it is fun.

I have to say THANK YOU to all of our loyal clients.  Over the years, you have all become members of our family that we look forward to seeing each and every day. We would not be here without your support.  My hope for our new guests is that you too become a part of our family and continue this journey with us.

Michelle

Michelle has many years of experience in the hair industry.  She enjoys color as much as cutting hair and has grown to specialize in producing natural looks with a tailored finish. She also specializes in Brazilian Blowouts.  

She has a lot of experience with perms and can create fuller styles with even the finest hair. Michelle’s clients have become an extended part of her family and she loves the opportunity to make them look and feel good.

Amy

Amy started doing hair in 1989, and became a cosmetology instructor in 1998.  After a couple years of teaching and working, she realized that she preferred spending her days behind the chair and decided to work full time as a stylist. 

She joined our team in 2001 and has been a mainstay here at Henry’s. 

She is great with cuts and color, and enjoys creating short and sassy styles.

Steffanie

Steffanie started the hair industry in 1996. She has been with the Henry’s Hair Design family for the last 17 years.

She loves doing haircuts, color, perms, eyebrow waxing, shellac nails, and pedicures.

She would love to help you with your beauty needs.

Celest

Celest started in the hair industry in 1998, and has been with Henry’s Hair Design since 2010. She enjoys both cutting and coloring men and women’s hair and specializes in Ombre’s and Balayage.

Celest also is certified and specializes in Brazilian Blowouts and Perms. She also does Manicures and Pedicures.

Jennie

Jennie started in the industry in 2004.  She is great at producing textured styles as well as precision cuts, and really enjoys creating custom colors for individual cuts and special occasion styles. 

Jennie loves helping her clients feel their best, inside and out, through the time they share here at Henry’s.

Sandy

Sandy started in the beauty industry in 2004.  She specializes in cuts, colors, and Brazilian Blowouts.  She also does manicures and pedicures. 

She loves getting to know new people and learning new techniques!

Debbie

Debbie started her career in the beauty industry with a certification from ISU nail technology in 2004 and completed her Barber/Stylist certification from Boise Barber College in 2008. 

Debbie’s specialty is in shellac/gel polish, French manicures, and pedicures.  Other services she provides are Hi-Lights, color, nail art, haircuts and lashes. 

Wendy

Master Esthetician/ Eyelash Extension Specialist Wendy Nielsen has been a Master Esthetician at Henrys Hair Design since June 2015.

She obtained her Master Esthetics license and began her career as an esthetician in June 2010. Since then she has attended many additional skin care product knowledge courses and has obtained additional certification with laser therapy, Botox and fillers.

She believes the esthetics industry offers an on going learning experience & keeping up with available knowledge is key to being the best esthetician possible.
